Review - Jeff from Sartell says: I am a foodie and former chef and I can state without any question in my mind that Corks is simple the finest restaurant in this area. Every meal that I have had there has been absolutely perfect, a blend of main course, sauce, and vegetables all cooked to the peak of perfection. I have eaten in other restaurants where one aspect of the meal has been over or undercooked. Not so at Corks. Every meal is perfect in timing and execution. It is rare in this area to have a waiter who knows enough to work with the kitchen to time your meal so that each course shows up right when you are ready for it. Presentation of the meal is typically excellent with an attention to detail. Every plate is a work or art. And the ambiance of the restaurant is understated but elegant. Their wine list is phenomenal with an attention to detail. They have vintages and runs that are not available in wine stores. The waitstaff is fully trained and is very capable of making recommendations of specific vintages and types to match your meal. I would highly recommend the signature soups.
